Originally from CA but moved to DC in January I currently work for the Police Department. I am very passionate about the preforming arts and enjoy seeing a show now and then(music is a huge part of me). I'm studying Criminal Justice and hope one day work with the FBI at the National Center for Violent Crime or to create my own non profit helping victims of crime. I am a very down to earth girl and like to surround myself with genuine people, If you are looking for a girl that you can talk to about almost anything than look no further. I am the type that could sit for hours just talking or listening if thats what you need. I am also a girl who loves to go out, and since I am still learning the places to go in all the more reason to, but I am also just as happy watching a movie at home. My friends would describe me as compassionate, honest, driven, loyal and if lassie wasn't mans best friend, I would be a good replacement :) I am one of those people who truly wants to make a difference in our world. I have been active with alot of non profits and feel it is my lifes work to truly make my contribution. I love kids. I worked at a daycare/afterschool/ summer theater program for most of my life before college. I am working with kids this summer in DC and it truly reminded me how much children enhance our world. I have a solid head on my shoulders and know what I want out of life and refuse to settle for less. I am truly a no nonsense girl but I am not the deadly serious type either. What would the world be like without laughter or music...I certainly wouldnt want to find out.
