Hi and thanks for taking a moment to read a little about me. First of all, I’ve never done online dating(if that’s what you call this) so it’s all new to me. My daughters tell me this is the way to go. So, let me introduce myself. I taught special education in the lower primary grades for 32 years. Though retired from the public schools, I still wanted to help children with developmental disabilities, so I am now working in Early Intervention and providing services to young children ages birth to 3. I love doing this and it gives me the opportunity to set my own schedule. I have two wonderful girls ages 20 and 24. Now that they are older I can finally focus on my own
personal life. I would consider myself to have a fun and quirky personality. I have a great sense of humor, down to earth, am loyal, affectionate, patient, good listener, supportive and family oriented. I take life one day at a time and enjoy all the big and little things it has to offer. I am a very crafty and creative person. I also am a dog person and have a mini golden doodle with a big personality. I like to walk and play with my dog as well as going to the movies, museums, out to dinner, plays, exploring new places, going to the beach or the mountains, being spontaneous, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I can be happy doing almost anything as long as it’s with the right person. I guess I am a hopeless romantic and believe there is someone special out there for everyone(I just have to find him.). I would love to met someone who could possibly become my ‘special person’. I believe in taking chances. Maybe it won’t work out. But maybe seeing if it does will be the best adventure ever.
